Is the Rose Quartz Roll-On refillable?

Technically, yes, they can be refilled.

We generally don't recommend refilling. The top can be difficult to remove, and maintaining cleanliness through the refill process can be a challenge.

For the best experience with our oils, we recommend starting fresh with a new bottle.

Do you ship internationally / outside the US?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We know that's disappointing to hear, and we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Where can I buy your products in person?

Right now, Elham's Liquid Gold is available exclusively through our website.

We are a small, intentional team focused on keeping our process small-batch and direct-to-consumer — it's how we're able to maintain the quality and care that goes into every product. Retail isn't something we're pursuing YET.

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of our small-batch products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for personal preferences around scent, texture, or consistency.

The one exception is if your product arrives defective or damaged. In that case, please reach out to us at elhamsliquidgold@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of you with a replacement.

We provide a full ingredient list on every product, and we encourage you to review it carefully before purchasing, especially if you have any sensitivities.
