At Elham's Liquid Gold, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Exceptions:

• Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at elhamsliquidgold@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We require proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Once verified, we will offer a replacement product at no additional cost.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your transaction.

We provide a full ingredient list for transparency and safety. Please review all ingredients carefully prior to purchase, especially if you have sensitivities. Elham’s Liquid Gold is not responsible for adverse reactions or allergies. In the rare event of a reaction, please contact our support team for guidance on dilution or alternative applications.

We recommend performing a patch test before incorporating our oil into your routine. If using multiple products, introduce them one at a time. Should irritation occur, pause use and reintroduce with care.

As a small-batch, artisanal brand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preferences regarding scent, texture, or consistency.

Our products are free from preservatives, fillers, and synthetic additives. To protect its integrity, do not introduce water into the bottle and store in a cool, dry place.
