1. Pour one full tablespoon using the Measured in Gold Tablespoon.

2. Drizzle the oil evenly across the center of your castor oil pack.

3. Fold gently and press to distribute before applying to your body.

Tip: One tablespoon is usually enough. Over-saturating your pack can lead to leakage and waste—less is more when the quality is this pure. If you are starting with a brand new pack, you can pour 2 tablespoons.
